We had a great time using this app during the road to Hana trip! Very informative and so many stops that we would have missed if we did it on our own! Also there is no service on the road to Hana so Shaka Guide really helped out even with directions!

Purchased at recommendation from a friend. Expectations were “meh” and instead, got an absolutely perfect backdrop to the entire, multiple day experience. Not only was the guide informative, and dynamic—she was also not “annoying” and repeated info at just the right cadences to assist decision-making. Instead of us making last minute panicked decisions about turns and junctions, we knew what to do as we came upon it. She gave “vibes” that perfectly conveyed whether something was a must-see or an optional fit. Did the Yellowstone plus Tetons combo, and would recommend it to everyone planning to see the park loops. Absolutely worth it.

Nice guide for road trip

This was by far the best tour we’ve ever taken at Gettysburg! It was a day by day account of what happened where and we could pause, get out of the car and explore the area. Then we could pick right up and start the tour again. This was so much better than the bus tour we took from the National site last time we were here. Highly recommend!

We love using Shaka guide with the kids. They love the stories and history and it’s split up with great music in between. The hiking/activity recommendations are spot on and take you to places you’d otherwise drive right by. We use them both on the islands and at national parks all over the mainland.
