We used the Shaka Guide tour for Waimea Canyon and Na Pali coast and it was everything and more for what we needed. Easy directions, accurate GPS, and we saw more sites than we could have imagined! The tour was very informative and gave us insights to Hawaii’s history, legends, and local folklore. We loved it and can’t wait to use it on Maui! Well worth the money.

This is our first trip as a family to Hawaii. I have three kids total - 12, 10 and 1. It was age appropriate for all kids! We enjoyed literally every stop. Worth purchasing the 34.99 package! Worth every penny. This app made our trip so special and we are forever grateful for the memories this tour allowed us to create with our family. Crying of happiness while writing this review. We were in Kauai and had an amazing trip in LARGE part to Shaka tours! We got the bundle and felt like we explored almost the whole island!! We even saw things some locals didn’t know about! It was wonderful! We had nothing planned and seriously had the best family vacation with this app and guided tour. And I’m pretty sure my son is obsessed with the man who narrates. He would always quiet us down when the music died down because as he said “when the music goes down we all need to be quiet so we can hear him talk.” Thank you! It also helped our kids not to fight as much with the rich history and stories told throughout.

Just wrapped up a Pacific Northwest trip with Shaka through North Cascades, Olympic, and Mt. Rainier and loved every second of the audio tour. The most helpful tips along the way and the best hiking recommendations! Highly recommend any audio guide they offer!

My husband and I bought the Olympic National Park tour and loved it so much we bought the whole package. We used North Cascades on the same trip. So easy to use and gave information that is so much more than GPS! From the recommendations for spots to stop, hikes, and even places to eat, we enjoyed it. Also, the human stories gave us historical information that added so much to the trip! Highly recommend!

This app is wonderful (cost efficiently). We used it in Maui for the Road to Hana and it’s awesome. Almost like a personal tour in the car. Reason it’s not 5 stars is because somewhere along the road we lost connection and the voice over and it wouldn’t load. Sadly the only solution was redownloading the app but it was challenging without service.

We have used the the Shaka Guide at four national parks and each time the guide helped illuminate and navigate each park making the day we spent in the parks some of our best vacation days ever. It can be hard to plan a trip without a lot of research and local expert knowledge but with the Shaka guide you don’t need either. The music is great too. Not too much, not too little of either the guide talking or the music playing.

We have now used Shaka on Road to Hana, Yellowstone, and Grand Tetons. This app is amazing! Love it! Next national park we visit, will get Shaka to help navigate it. It’s a fun easy way to see things & learn on the way. You don’t have to navigate, Shaka makes it almost stress free. Fabulous
