If you want a taste of the best this island has to offer, there is no better way to find it than by wandering through Kauai's farmers markets. You'll find local treats and fresh produce! Stop by to stock up on snacks before you embark on your Kauai road trip with Shaka Guide. We have four driving tours that take you to each region of the island! 

Kauai Community Market

Hours: 3-1901 Kaumualii Hwy, Lihue, HI 96766
Address: Saturdays 9:30 AM-1:00 PM

Conveniently held every Saturday, the Kauai Community Market is one of the biggest farmers market on the island. And, it happens to be included in the Shaka Guide Wailua and Waterfalls tour! Come to get fresh fruits and vegetables from local vendors or visit one of the market's food trucks for lunch. If you can, try to get there early. Although there are loads of options, you don't want to miss out on any ono eats! 

The Shops at Kukuiula

Hours: Wednesdays 3:30 PM-6:00 PM

This farmers market has more than just produce -- although they have that too! Head to The Shops at Kukuiula Farmers Market for its variety of choices! They have dinner options, baked goods, soups, and desserts. While you're there, don’t forget to head over to the Wine and Beer Garden to see a chef’s demonstration. This market is the perfect place to unwind after taking our Poipu & Koloa Town driving tour.

Kauai Sunshine Markets are held throughout the island in different locations. Check out a market in some popular spots like, Lihu’e and Kapaa on Kauai's East Side, Kilauea on the North Shore, Koloa on the South Shore, and Kalaheo, Kekaha, and Hanapepe on the island's West Side.

So regardless of which Kauai driving tour you happen to be on, chances are good you’ll find one of the most famous farmers markets in Kauai to stop at.

Namahana Farmers Market Kilauea

Namahana Farmers Market is an independently-hosted farmers market in Kauai. Aside from the food vendors, there are arts and crafts and live music. Perfect for the whole family, stop by the playground next door after you've had your fill of local goodies. 

Hanalei Farmers Market

Hours: Saturdays 9:30 AM-12:00 PM

Hanalei Farmer’s Market features over 20 vendors with produce, specialty breads, cheese, chocolate-covered delicacies, and natural health remedies!
