Mahalo for your purchase! Before you can start your adventure, there are a few steps you'll need to do. Don't worry, we've got you covered.

Watch this video and follow the steps below to redeem your Shaka Guide tour or tours.

(Insert video, live app version, redeeming Stripe purchase)

1) Download the Shaka Guide: GPS Driving Tours app from the App Store or Play Store

2) Open the app, and click on “Allow” to allow the app to show notifications on your device. 

3) Tap on Sign in and log in to the app using the same account you created when you purchased your Shaka Guide tour.

• Tap on Continue with Apple or Continue with Google if you signed up using the Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google buttons when you purchased  your tour
• If you created an account using your email address and a password, tap on “Already have an account? Sign in”, enter your email address and password, and sign in to the app.

3) If you’ve logged in correctly, the app will recognize and locate your account and will register your purchased tour or tours. Click on “Got it”

4) Download your tour by tapping on the cloud icon

5) Once downloaded, you’ll see a circle with a checkmark indicating the tour is ready. 

6) When you’re ready to go, just tap on the tour, and tap “Begin Tour” 

7) Tap on "Start Tour Now" and follow the next on-screen instructions 

8) Enjoy your Shaka Guide Tour!
