
How to Log Out or Switch Accounts on the Shaka Guide App

If you login incorrectly on the app, you may not be able to see your purchased Shaka Guide tours. When this happens, you will need to log out of the Shaka Guide app and log in with your correct account.
Follow the steps below:
- Tap on Support
- Tap on Account Settings
- Tap on Sign Out at the bottom of the screen
- Tap on Confirm
To log back in, you can choose from the following:
- Tap on “Sign in” under “Already have an account”
Enter your email address and password
Tap on Sign in - Tap on “Continue with Google”
Choose the Google account you used when you purchased your tour
Tap on Sign in
Tap on “Continue with Apple”
Log in with your Apple ID email address and password.
Tap on Sign in
