Where does the tour go?

This tour has three starting points, Waikiki on the south shore of the island; Ko Olina on the west side; and Turtle Bay on the north shore. Regardless of where you start, the tour will travel in a counterclockwise loop, ending where you began.

Can I join the tour along the route?

Yes! Feel free to join the tour along the route. If you don’t begin at one of the tour starting points you’ll miss a few stories, but you’ll still have a great experience. 

Can I take the tour in the opposite direction?

We did most of the tours with great delight. The directions were spot on. We could start and stop on the tour at different points since we came from a different location. Took the circle tour on a Monday in June. Definitely busy at a lot of the stops so we opted to skip a lot of the places with the long lines, but even still, we loved the tour and information passed. We learned so much and feel more connected to the island of Oahu and the culture. Would definitely recommend and we will certainly use Shaka again!
