Truly, having Shaka guide made our entire trip! We used it to explore and know what options there were for things to do. We had friends vacationing just a week before us and they didn’t use the app but more traditional means of digging around to figure out what was worth seeing or doing… they ended up doing almost all the same stuff but without any of the interesting and fun commentary or additional gems for where to stop for the best views and such. We are excited for our next trip to use Shaka guide for our tour again!

I thought it would be corny, but not at all. Very interesting hearing the background and history, as well as telling us where to find the best parking. My 2 young adults, who were not excited about going, really liked it and asked to do the rainforest self driving tour also. However, we missed part of that tour due to a closed road which caused us to go back the same way we came before reaching Punchbowl. We used google to get to Chinatown, but missed hearing those stories and where to go in Chinatown. But even with that, We loved the lookout and the North Shore day trip was one of our family’s favorite things that we did.
