1. Hilo Farmers Market
Hours: Wed, Sat 6:00 AM-4:00 PM

On Wednesdays, you're bound to find people checking out Uncle Robert’s Farmers Market. Here, you'll find global cuisine with Chinese, Cajun, Filipino, and traditional Hawaiian dishes available.
It's designed to resemble an Asian night market -- but on the Big Island! Uncle Robert's Farmers Market has live music, lots of diverse food, and also offers vegan and vegetarian options.
4. Waimea Town Market
