ROAD TO HANA ADVISORY:
There is only one road into and out of Hana. People who live in nearby communities have to drive this road everyday and the thousands of daily drivers on this one-lane highway greatly impacts their lives. Please be respectful — do not park illegally, pay attention to signs, drive responsibly, and pull over to let locals pass. Do not enter private property or visit sites that are unsafe. And, please remember to pick up your trash.

Great app!
Did road to hana and west Maui tour, would have missed some great stops on both without the app! Had some issues with the app disconnecting from CarPlay after every few stops on the RTH tour, could have been a CarPlay issue and not an app issue though, since it was a rental car. Would still recommend!

What a great app, it tells you all the history and guides you through the best spots. It’s so worth it you cannot take the road to Hana without this app.

We did the road to Hana and the road back from Hana (Piilani highway) but we're a bit behind schedule. However, our Chaka Guide provided some great info along the way, and prepared us for the drive back (don't do it at night!). Really though, it was so informative and fun, highly recommend if you are driving the road to Hana!
