This awesome library was originally funded by Andrew Carnegie and was built in 1913. It’s now registered in the National Register of Historic Places. The building serves as the flagship to the Hawaii State Library system, one of the largest in the entire United States. This particular branch is home to over half a million books and is open to the public.
