But best of all, this tour tells you the stories behind all of these breathtaking sights. ...
Show MoreWe learned about Shaka Guide in HI and are so happy to see them expanding to other national parks and adventure areas in the continental US as well. Excellent experience. We will always use them for guided tours where available. Thank you!!

Maureen Chovancek | 4 months ago | AndroidWe have used the the Shaka Guide at four national parks and each time the guide helped illuminate and navigate each park making the day we spent in the parks some of our best vacation days ever. It can be hard to plan a trip without a lot of research and local expert knowledge but with the Shaka guide you don’t need either. The music is great too. Not too much, not too little of either the guide talking or the music playing.
Fabulous guide! | 4 months ago | iOSTwo Medicine in Glacier National Park is named for the nearby twins, Upper and Lower Two Medicine Lakes. Local legend suggests the area's name originated from two Blackfoot medicine lodges, sacred spaces where spiritual ceremonies were conducted.

To get to Two Medicine, drive east from West Glacier on U.S. Highway 2. Follow the signs to the Two Medicine entrance, located on the park's southeast side. The drive takes about 1.5 hours from the park's main entrance.

Yes, you can swim in Two Medicine Lake. The water is extremely cold, even in summer, but it’s safe for swimming. Many visitors enjoy the scenic views while taking a dip in the lake.
