Hi Shaka Guiders!
Grand Teton’s mountain skyline and valley viewpoints give you a beautiful cold-season outing along the main highway. Allow a half day for selected roadside views, driving and breaks. The fuller road-season itinerary normally takes 6–8 hours or more.
Teton Park Road between Taggart Lake and Signal Mountain closes November 1–April 30, so the complete scenic loop isn’t a winter drive. Moose-Wilson Road also has seasonal closures, with its Moose-side construction closure continuing through November 15, 2026. Some side roads close with snow.
Check official seasonal road access and construction guidance while planning and before departing. Pick your open viewpoints and give those mountains time to impress you!
